The stories of our lives are often planned in detail, until it comes to the Last Chapter. It is my privilege and honor to come alongside individuals and their loved ones to provide guidance in a private setting to openly discuss the Last Chapter of their story.

Last Chapter combines 25+ years of my personal experience as a caregiver and an administrator with my end-of-life training, and is a ministry I firmly believe is necessary. The services I offer are at no cost to you - it is my calling and my gift.

I am available to capture your Story - your Legacy - using prepared questions and various recording options. I capture the stories you want to share with your family and friends. Give the gift of your life memories, your military experiences and your family’s histories.

I am also available to meet with you to discuss all of the very important details of planning your Last Chapter. I will work beside you to provide a step-by-step plan that will make going forward easier.

Making sure you have a completed Legacy, and a comprehensive end-of-life plan, is how you can be peacefully prepared for your Last Chapter, enabling you to fully enjoy life.

(Project materials paid for by client.)

  • Two meetings, 1-2 hours each.

The first session will cover your vision for end-of-life options & Advance Directive/POLST.

The second session will cover what documents & information you will need to pull together so your estate will be taken care of to your liking.

You will receive a finished, personalized package to work through at your convenience.

If you would like my assistance to work through the package, I would be happy to help get through the nitty gritty details.

  • Gatherings are for a group - of family members, friends, co-workers, caregivers - to have an open discussion about making plans for themselves or those they love.

Gatherings can be held in a home, a meeting space (library, church, clubhouse) or in an outdoor space.

Each participant leaves with an abbreviated Get ‘er Done checklist.

I am an administrator and teacher, skills that align with my calling as an end-of-life planner, as well as a wife and mother of two. I have experience caring for several family and friends at their end-of-life and planning their estate closures. I am blessed I was able to care for my parents, in-laws, and siblings at the end of their lives - it was my honor. It was because of these extremely difficult times that I found my true calling. My parents were members of the “Greatest Generation,” and my dad was a WWII Navy veteran. Because of this, I have a deep love and appreciation for veterans and seniors.

I believe being prepared for your Last Chapter brings peace to those planning and provides a clear path forward for loved ones. Leaving a Legacy that talks about your life and important events will be a priceless gift that will be appreciated for generations to come.

The time you take planning now is a positive investment for the future. Your loved ones will be forever grateful.
